For the wedding design, we aimed to capture a moody Palm Springs vibe that was both stylish and sophisticated, yet approachable and fun. To achieve this, we incorporated bold black elements balanced with natural materials like wood, rattan, and lush greenery. The layout centered around an impressive 180-foot gravel path, transformed into a stunning diamond checkerboard walkway, setting a grand and opulent tone for the guest experience.

We wanted to elevate the traditional wedding elements into something luxe and unique. The cocktail hour, held before the ceremony, allowed guests to immerse themselves in the surroundings while sipping curated craft cocktails and enjoying interactive oyster shucking. For the ceremony, we chose elegant wishbone chairs that echoed the midcentury aesthetic of Palm Springs. The custom curved aisle was overflowing with greenery, creating a breathtaking focal point.

The reception was designed to take place under the stars of the desert sky, so we opted for a decorative truss structure finished in matte black, adorned with an eclectic mix of chandeliers and suspended florals. A highlight of the celebration was the custom-built “Swenson Ranch” hat bar, where guests could craft their own unique cowboy hats.

Designing Steph and Felix’s Nashville glam inspired wedding in their hometown of Tampa, Florida was a true adventure from beginning to end. With their last name, “Flores,” meaning flowers, we knew blooms would be at the heart of every detail. The couple’s deep connection to Nashville — where they got engaged — and their love for country music were essential to the design. Every element of the wedding reflected their passion for Music City and each other. Stephanie brought so many creative ideas to the table, including a stunning photo opportunity: a replica living room adorned with framed pictures of loved ones, making sure their presence was felt throughout the day. The grand finale? Steph’s jaw-dropping surprise for Felix — a custom-built Bronco, marking the perfect, unforgettable exit!

The night before the wedding featured a playful head-to-toe denim-themed welcome party at Trevor's at the Tracks. Revelry Event Designers created a handcrafted denim fringe backdrop and hung pendant strings, while floral arrangements and various candles in shades of blue were presented in vases wrapped in denim. A striking 10-foot denim flower statement piece took center stage, setting the tone for an evening filled with fun and games, including flip cup, musical chairs, trivia, the shoe game, and corn hole.
